    Part III   Tendering for construction stage
    1. The objectives
    Throughout the process of tendering for construction, we are to assist the Client to select the most eligible contractors according to statutory procedures and to make sure the interests of the Client is well protected.
    
    2. The works
    To prepare the tendering plan for the Client’s approval
    To compile the tendering stage work schedule and rules to make sure the process is fair and equitable
    To assist the Client in application for tendering
    To compile the tender documents including the tendering notes, contract sample and specific conditions, the specification and technical requirement, contract drawings and the bills of quantities
    To monitor the progress of the tender estimates
    To assist the Client in preparing the long and short lists of the eligible contractors for the Client’s selection for tender
    To assist the Client in the whole process of tendering and its appraisal and determination
    To assist the Client in agreeing and signing the construction contract documents
    To help in applying the construction approval documents issued by the Beijing Construction Bureau
    To assist the Client in site preparation, temporary water, electricity and communication lines to connect to the site, the access road to the site etc.
